I am experienced in preparing students for university, work, or everyday life. I am always prepared, organized, and ready to adapt to the specific needs of each student. I know how to craft lessons that are useful, engaging, and interesting, and propel students forward to the greatest extent. I keep the focus on the student, and build on the knowledge, experience, and wisdom that is already within her or him. I have a welcoming spirit and work hard to help my students grow.

Edited news and documentaries for educational television. Topics included: recent immigrants; the Black community on Martha’s Vineyard; and private violence. Edited nightly news program “The Ten O’clock News,” and produced special interest stories.
